Chief Minister of Assam Himanta Biswa Sarma launched Online Mutual Transfer Portal for Assam Govt employees of Grade III and Grade IV. Due to this portal now eligible state government employees can able to attend their both responsibilities like professional works as well as personal World in their home town. Who are eligible to apply for mutual transfer?
- Applicant should be state government employee of Assam.
- Only grade 3 and grade 4 employees are eligible to avail mutual transfer portal benefits.
- Eligible employees has only 2 chance of mutual transfer in your service period.
- Both employees belongs to same grade pay is necessary.
- Nature and qualification of both post must be similar.
- Both employees are covered under same service rule than and than they are eligible to transfer.

- If any employee send a request then it will live for 15 days only.

- After positive nod from the HOD, you are eligible to transfer.
